Learning to code is important for many future careers.  Coding is really figuring out the instructions to give a computer to solve a problem or answer a question.  Problems like:

• What is the best route to deliver packages?
• How can we create a device that helps people with vision impairmenst of blindess?
• How do we determine which hockey players to draft?
• Can we improve our detection rates for cancer?

Many careers you may think of that don't "use code" do rely more and more on coding to help solve their problems.

Anyone can learn to code!  If you want to have a career in computer science, computer engineering, or coding - yes, it will take some work.  Like anything else, it takes time and effort to become great at it.  But anyone can start learning some coding skills.  Some of these skills, like how to break down a problem, can even help you in careers that have very little to do with computers

Try any of the activities below.  They are split a bit by difficulty.  So if you have experience coding, feel free to take on a harder challenge!  Otherwise, try any of the tasks and be sure to follow the instructions.  Some of the tasks have videos at certain times - you can generally skip them.
